How to turn on debug logging

Click the "Play/Pause" button on your remote. This will bring up the "Control Bar".
Click the Options button (Gear on the right).
Debug Logging should be high lighted. Click it and select "On".
Click the "Play/Pause" button again to exit the Options page and hide the Control Bar.

Depending on the problem, you may want to restart the application.

Note: Chaneru on the Roku has to be running !
You can retrieve the log file by going to a browser and use your Roku's IP address and port 12345 as the URL.
Ex: 192.168.1.12:12345
This should download the log to your browsers window.
Now you should be able to do a "Save as" or "COPY" and "PASTE" to a text editor.
After you save the log, PLEASE zip it up and send to support@chaneru.com with some description to relate the problem.

You can reset the log by going back into "Options" and select "Clear Logfile" or by doing a reset from a browser.
Input the Roku's IP address with a port of 12345 followed by /reset.
Ex: 192.168.1.12:12345/reset

Afterwards, make sure you turn Logging back off ! It can eventually fill up Roku's storage and crash it.
There is a display when the application starts up to remind you if logging is on.
