Questions about .nfo files

Postby dfavor » Fri Dec 06, 2013 2:31 pm

1) Are they supported?

2) If they are, for a movie.mp4 is the nfo file movie.nfo or something else?

Thanks.

Hum... Looks like maybe hitting the asterisk key accesses the movie's nfo file.

Let me know if this is correct.

Yes, the asterisk button pulls up any information.
Once there, you can cycle between .nfo, omdb.org and imdb.org with the down button.
You can set the Options "Movie Info Display" for any preference you have.
Right (next) or left (previous) will move to the next video.
Select/OK will play it.
Up or REW button returns to the list screen.

Great!

So the .nfo file matches the .mp4 file, so for a file...

movie-roku-tc.mp4

the nfo file is...

movie-roku-tc.nfo

Let me know if this is the case or if there's another file name convention.

Thanks.
