Internet Connection Disrupted When Using Chaneru

Loving the Chaneru software for playing my iTunes library on my Roku! Thank you so much for developing this software. I was looking at Airport Express alternatives and found you. I'm just having one problem - it seems that when running Chaneru, my internet connection starts cycling - trying to connect, connecting to the internet briefly, then disconnecting - over and over again. Any ideas?

This is a new one. Could you let me know what is going on with the Roku when this occurs and maybe get a trace ?
Also what kind of hardware setup do you have ?

Wow! Thanks for the prompt reply.

The issue seems to have resolved itself. Might have just been a bad case of timing with my internet connection, but either way Chaneru is working great again. Thanks!

Ok... I lied. It is doing it again this afternoon.

Really like the program, but this is a little frustrating. I'm running a trace now and hope that it does it again. The Chaneru just stops playing and says it is searching. I'll send a trace file to your support email if I can figure out to retrieve it.

The trace should be in the "My Roku" folder under your userid.
